Here’s your can’t-miss game plan.
I
Pick the right date. Consider
having your sale near a
common payday (the ist or 15th
of the month). Avoid scheduling
your sale during holiday weekends
or during a widely attended
community event.

Shop your house for items
to sell. Walk through every
room
and grab what you no
longer need.

Give yourself at least two
weeks before the sale to pull
and clean items. (Nobody wants
to buy dirty things, even when the
price is low.)
